Jetpack Publicize

  Just discovered this brilliant plug in and implemented it on 65% of my sites without problems.

  The other 35%, when you click on CONFIGURE – it takes you back to the dashboard!!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you get any error message? Can you please try clearing out your cache?

  Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

  Could you try and disable all other plugins and reactivate Jetpack. This way we can see if other plugins interfere with Jetpack.

  Also make sure you are running the latest WordPress and Jetpack version:

  Yes, latest versions being run.
  There is no error message, it just goes to the dashboard when I click Configure.
  Tried all of your suggestions (thanks) but no change)/

  Does this happen to every module where you try to click ‘Configure’ ? Could you send me the URL’s of the blogs where this problem occurs.

  No. just on Publicize (at least, of the ones I use.)
  65% of my site it works fine, 35% it does this!

  What other plugins are you running? could you disable the other plugins and disable Jetpack too, then enable Jetpack again and give it another try.

  Are you able to see the publicize options at Settings -> Sharing in your blog’s dashboard?

  Not on some sites, like this one.
  As soon as I click on Configure, it throws me back to the dashboard!

  The ‘Configure’ link redirects to the ‘Settings’ -> ‘Sharing’ page in your blog’s dashboard. I assume that going to that page doesn’t work for you either? what about if you disable the Jetpack plugin? does the ‘Settings’ -> ‘Sharing’ page work then?

  Could you also check with your hosting provider if there are any error logs?

  No it doesn’t!
  It just kicks me back to the dashboard.
  But I HAVE just found the alternative route to setting up Publicize – Settings then Sharing.
  That should short circuit the problem elsewhere too!
