Jetpack – purchase was not successfully but payment was deducted from my local Bank account

  Greetings to you team wp.

  I recently paid for the jetpack package that costs 31.20 USD (on discount).

  However, my payment was declined but my local bank account was debited with the equivalent of 31.20 USD in my local currency. I did not also receive the product I had paid for.

  I paid by VISA card.

  Can I be refunded this amount? (31.20USD)

  Is the account you are contacting us from the account in which you made the purchase? I do not see any history of charges under jukocrispus

  If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at http://wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
