Jetpack registered to wrong WordPress account

  Hi there,
  I purchased a Jetpack plan but, unfortunately, when I bought it I used my old WordPress account that my blog is no longer connected to. How do I transfer it to the correct account? I have tried following the instructions to transfer it but am a bit lost. Can someone help me do this?

  it would be best if you reached out directly to Jetpack support team from https://jetpack.com/contact-support/. Just make sure you’re doing it from the account with the paid plan. They’ll be able to help you out.
