JetPack restrictions on commercial site?

  Hi,

  I have a commercial self hosted site, and now I’m being offered the JetPack addon, which I’d like to use. Can anyone tell me if there are any restrictions on using it on a site designed strictly for business? I know WordPress.com is essentially non commercial, which is why I am self hosted; but I’m not clear if JetPack is outside of the restrictions, as my site is not hosted on WordPress.com?

  We volunteers here know little about the jetpack package, but I don’t suspect there are any restrictions. You can look here on the official site, http://jetpack.me/ , and past that I suggest contacting staff directly at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ .

  Have you tried reading the information on the Jetpack site? I assume that will be addressed on the site don’t you? http://jetpack.me/

  Hi,

  Thanks to both of you for the info. I just looked at the JetPack site (which I didn’t even know had a separate site until ‘thesacredpath’ mentioned it above), but can see no mention of restrictions. I have contacted support there for further info.

  Anyhow, glad to see that this forum is very active and helpful to newbies like me.
