Jetpack Safe Mode due to old ghost site — need to remove unused site ID
-
Hi Jetpack team,
I need help removing a ghost Jetpack site from my WordPress.com account.
The old site “relx-now.shop” no longer exists, but it still appears in my WordPress.com “My Sites” list. I cannot access its settings or remove it. It does not appear in Connected Applications.
Because of this, Jetpack puts my new site “relx-now.store” into Safe Mode and prevents proper connection.
Please manually remove the old Jetpack site ID for:
relx-now.shopWordPress.com username: aaronchow
Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, according to this Staff reply,
a self-hosted WordPress.org site connected via Jetpack can be disconnected by following this guide: https://jetpack.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/
Post back here if you still need help with this.
