Jetpack security I purchased last week.

    I want to know what benefit I have from the jetpack security I bought from you last week, I don´t see any difference on my site and you seem very reluctant to talk to me about it, though you are not reluctant to take my money.

    I see our Happiness Engineers are already helping with this by email. I’m going to close this thread in order to keep your support in one place, but you’re welcome to reply there if you need more information :)

    We haven’t replied a reply from our last email — it would be great if you could reply to that so we can look at the next steps.
