Jetpack Settings menu not appearing but there is a jetpack portfolio

    Jetpack Settings menu not appearing but there is a jetpack portfolio menu option which is conflicting with my theme and I can’t switch the jetpack portfolio off.

    Hi there,

    The Jetpack > Settings menu item is only available on websites under the Business plan or higher. Could you let me know which setting you were looking to manage?

    If the Portfolio projects are added by Jetpack, you’ll be able to deactivate them from the Settings menu, under Settings → Writing. This will be under Your Custom Content Types.

    Could you also let me know how the Portfolio projects are breaking the theme setup?

    Thank you that fixed it. I’m on the personal plan. It was breaking my theme as it was conflicting with the xstores portfolio custom type and not finding any custom post types at all – showing no post to display. I realize you can only have 1 portfolio type. Thanks for your answer and help.

    No problem! Glad it’s all fixed now.

    I checked your site settings and see you disabled the built-in Portfolio Projects content type. So the Portfolio page on your site appears to be working through your theme’s custom content type, and looking great at https://enchanting.photography/portfolio/
