JetPack sharethis – change rel=nofollow

    The sharethis feature in JetPack has rel=nofollow added to the link to the social profiles.
    How do we change those links to rel="nofollow me" ?
    The social profiles are part of our online identity.

    WordPress has XFN support. Was it overlooked in the sharethis/sharedaddy JetPack implementation?
