  From my searches in the forums, I see that there is a tool coming, but until then, we need to ask for staff to do the disconnect. Could someone please disconnect JetPack on s17985321.onlinehome-server.com from my account?

  Staff can do that for you and I tagged this thread for them to do so. Please subscribe so your are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.
