Jetpack Social: Facebook Auto-Sharing

    I am having issues with the Facebook Auto-Sharing feature. I have disconnected and connected my account multiple times but as of two weeks ago, the auto-sharing feature has stopped. I can not find a reason for why this has occurred but need to find a solution.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Bear in mind that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com so our support is limited but I noticed that you used to have our product on the site – Jetpack Professional. It was canceled 2023-06-01 so some Jetpack features may have stopped working. Although the automated posting should be available on the Free Jetpack plan.

    Please make sure that Jetpack is correctly connected to your site.
