jetpack social Sharing problems

  Hello,

  Whenever I try to add a social account from Jetpack / WordPress.com account, I end up with an error:

  500 status code for “POST /sites/192266314/publicize-connections/new”

  I have not been able to connect Facebook or Twitter successfully yet.

  Can you please help us with this issue?

  Hi there,

  This is happening because your site is not properly connected to your WordPress.com account.

  The reason is that your XMLRPC file is being blocked and that’s a file needed by Jetpack to connect your site to WordPress.com.

  Please contact your host and ask them to unblock that file. Then proceed with connecting Jetpack again.
