Jetpack Stats

Jetpack stats have stopped working. I am getting an error message: We were unable to get your stats just now. Please try again. – but when I try again (and have been trying for an hour) there is no change. What’s up with this? Thanks!

There was obviously some interruption. It could be that staff were doing an update. People here on wordpress.com were not seeing stats either, but they seem to be back.
Also, Jetpack is supported at a separate site: http://jetpack.me/ . That is the best place to inquire about jetpack issues since we volunteers have no experience with that plugin.

They are tinkering with the stats overall. I suggest you email support at wordpress dot com and tell them the problem you’re having.

I’m also having JetPack Stats issues with two blogs, mine and a clients, I get the message: We were unable to get your stats just now. My client can’t even load the stats page.

Please understand that if you need Jetpack support you need to file a JetPack support ticket with Staff. We Volunteers cannot help you.

Yes, I sent in a support request. We get that volunteers cannot help. Looking for help from other posters.

Other posters cannot help either. This is obviously something staff have done; look around the forum and see all the different I CANNOT GET MY JETPACK STATS threads. Only staff can help.

Staff are making changes to the Stats so that’s why there is not likely to be any help from other posters.

It’s important to know that Staff address the support tickets by servicing those with the earliest date and timestamps first. If one were to send in a support ticket or email more than once then the date would move forward and it would take longer to get help.

The site linked to your username is 6 hours old, and is in fact hosted here on wp.COM. We cannot use plugins here.
Please be sure you understand the differences between .ORG and .COM -

Let’s be clear anbout this. There is nothing we bloggers do to activate WordPress.com stats on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. They are active on all our blogs and we cannoy inactivate them either.As far as cric14 goes he has a string of usernames and blogs deleted for ToS viloations.

For questions or concerns, contact WordPress.com Support.He can use the Help button is on the top right hand corner of his Admin page and speak directly to Staff if he believes something is not correct about his stats.
