Jetpack stats
-
Hi.
Recently we had to make a copy of a site to a temporary domain for our hosting provider to check something before re-enabling it. So that worked fine but the stats are now on that temporary domain and no longer in the original one.
We tried disconnecting and reinstalling the plugin as shown in this guide https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/ but no luck.
I see in this topic that you were able to help that person that had the same issue https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/jetpack-stats-for-two-sites-not-one/
Could you help us with this?
Thanks in advance!

Hi there,
In the past we were able to help with some limited Jetpack issues, but we do not have that capability currently.
Can you please report this issue to Jetpack support by asking here? I’m sure the Jetpack team will be able to sort this out for you. Thanks!
