Jetpack stats connected, but no stats available

I installed and configured Jetpack yesterday morning, and was able to successfully complete the ‘Connect to WordPress’ step. Even now, I have a green indicator on the Jetpack configuration page that says ‘connected to WordPress.com’.
However, my stats page only says ‘No stats are available for this time period.’ and I have big zeros for all my numbers, even though I’ve had multiple friends visit the site at my request (for testing).
My Jetpack configuration settings are:
Admin bar – yes
Registered users – no (I am the only registered user)
Report visibility – only Admin is checked.Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

Hi Carey,
Can you try uninstalling and then reinstalling Jetpack with all other plugins deactivated?
Additionally, have you made any changes to your site’s theme recently?

This is a new blog, moved from WordPress.com to self-hosted. Yesterday, I set up new theme, imported blog using WP importer, installed and connected Jetpack.
At your suggestion, just now I deactivated all plug-ins, deleted JetPack, downloaded from jetpack.me, installed, activated, and connected to WordPress.com. No other plugins are active.
Still getting same message: ‘No stats are available for this time period’.

Can you please try changing your timezone in the Settings section of your Dashboard to anything but what it currently is, then set it back?

Changed the timezone settings to somewhere in Africa, then changed it back to the correct setting. No effect.
