Jetpack stats dropped down to 1 in February, none so far in March

    The site stats have been fairly consistent over the last year or so and just took a nosedive to 1 visit in February. So far no visits are recorded for March even though we know that people have been coming to the site. What could be reasons for this happening? Can I submit a support ticket somewhere?

    Thanks for getting in touch. The site mentioned is a free site on WordPress.com. Jetpack’s functionality is built in on our managed hosting, so you wouldn’t be looking for anything Jetpack specific. Was it a different site that you were inquiring about?

    Generally speaking, the best first step when encountering an issue with the Jetpack plugin is to run a site debug. You can do that here: https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/
