If the Jetpack app stops showing website stats, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check Jetpack Connection:
      • Ensure that your website is connected to Jetpack. Go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Jetpack > Dashboard, and check the connection status. If it’s disconnected, reconnect it.
    2. Update Jetpack:
      • Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Jetpack plugin. Outdated plugins may cause compatibility issues. Update Jetpack to the latest version available.
    3. Check for Plugin Conflicts:
      • Deactivate other plugins one by one and check if the Jetpack stats reappear. If they do, the issue might be caused by a conflicting plugin. Identify and address the conflicting plugin.
    4. Theme Compatibility:
      • Switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) temporarily to check if the issue is related to your current theme. If stats appear with the default theme, your theme may be causing the problem. Contact the theme developer for assistance.
    5. Clear Cache:
      • Clear your website and browser cache. Cached data may sometimes interfere with the proper functioning of the Jetpack app.
    6. Check Jetpack Settings:
      • Review your Jetpack settings, especially those related to statistics. Ensure that the modules you need are activated and configured correctly.
    7. Reconnect WordPress.com Account:
      • If your site is connected to WordPress.com for Jetpack services, try disconnecting and reconnecting your WordPress.com account.
    8. Check for Server Issues:
      • Verify if there are any server-related issues. Sometimes, server problems can affect the communication between your site and Jetpack.
    9. Contact Jetpack Support:
      • If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Jetpack support. They can provide specific assistance and may have additional troubleshooting steps tailored to your situation.
    10. Review Jetpack Documentation:
      • Check the Jetpack documentation for any known issues or updates related to statistics. The official documentation often provides helpful information on common problems and solutions.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue with Jetpack not displaying website stats.
