  Hi, I haven’t used WordPress or JetPack for some years now and I realize my credit card is still being charged $99 each year. How can I turn that off??

  I do not see any upgrades under your @designattffbdotbiz WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Hi, jerrysarcastic,
  Under the “billing activity” tab on the page you’ve linked above (and logged in under the “designattffbbiz” rather than “bill390”, I see the annual $99 charge beginning in 2014 and described as “dops-ak-vp-lite Dops Ak Vp Lite Yearly 1”. I didn’t catch it earlier because it takes a little bit for any content to appear under that tab (look up time in the records, I suppose).
  How might I go about turning off this annual charge?
