Jetpack Subscription got cancelled.

Hello, I recently purchased a plan with Bluehost, however somehow I received an email that my Jetpack premium subscription is cancelled, refer screenshot of email:

Need to understand why it got cancelled, on Bluehost dashboard I can still see Jetpack Premium is still activeWP.com: Unknown

If you have a plan through Bluehost, you should contact them for information about the status of your plan. It’s possible you had a duplicate plan and they cancelled one or perhaps they updated your plan and it replaced the one you had previously. Since you have the plan through them, they’ll have more information and can clarify things for you. You can contact them here:
