Jetpack subscriptions

  Hello,

  We have Jetapack installed on our blog and activated email subscriptions.

  When users fill their email account, receive and email to activate and it seem to be working, but this is not updated in the number of subscriptions. I have tested with a new email and confirmed but the user is not registered as subscriber.

  Please, any help?.

  Have you tried uninstalling and installing again? That has worked for me in the past?

  Let me know if that works.

  This is the wordpress.COM support forum where we provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted blogs. That site is not hosted here and we do not provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
