jetpack subscriptions not sending confirm emails

People are trying to subscribe to my blog at jennifersevern.com.au. The app is not sending confirm emails. One of the addresses is (email visible only to moderators and staff) – that’s an address of mine that I used to test it, and did not get any email back.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That particular email address had a few unconfirmed pending subscriptions over the years, so it reached the threshold at which we just stop sending confirmation emails.
That has been cleared up now, so that will address will be able to subscribe if you try again.
