Jetpack Support Emails
-
How do I turn off the constant Emails from Jetpack Support informing me that my site is either up or down? It was a site that I used for a class on WordPress which is now no longer active and has been deleted from the hosting site. I have tried logging onto WordPress and deleting it but the problem is that it is not listed as a site that I can remove. I can only see my new Domain but not the one that is being seen by JetPack as either up or down. Please help.
Thanks! KenThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Ken –
No problem. That’s a simple setting that you can toggle one and off.
More details about the site monitoring are available if you want to read them over: https://jetpack.com/support/monitor/
Click on the Settings link in the Downtime Monitoring section from Jetpack — Dashboard — At a Glance in your dashboard. Once you’re viewing the feature’s settings on WordPress.com, toggle the Monitor your site’s downtime setting found within the Downtime Monitoring section at the top of the page.

Thank you for your quick reply. The problem is that the site that I was using for a class on WP is now gone/deleted. I go to the JetPack site and the site is not listed for me to manage. Here is the site that I am getting the message from.
http://kenneths9.sg-host.com did not load when we checked on Wednesday, March 13, 9:10 am.
I have contacted SiteGround and they cannot help me. They said that the site is gone and cannot be restored.
If this helps I do have a new site that I am starting to configure: Dundeegeeks.com and I have disabled the sending of notifications on the dashboard.

We were able to remove that from our end, since it wasn’t disconnecting on your side.
Let us know if you need more help!
