Jetpack / tickets not working

    Hey guys, my jetpack hasn’t been working for a month, it says it’s uninstalled but when I try to install it won’t let me. In addition I can’t locate my tickets through any WordPress app, it comes up with a notice saying ‘cannot load tickets’, I’m contacting you via safari. Please could you guys help me resolve this? I can’t post anything and I’m not sure what to do. If you could contact me via email: (email visible only to moderators and staff), that would be amazing as I’ll be able to locate it with ease. Thanks!

    There appears to be an issue with your Jetpack connection. If you are having trouble uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, please contact Jetpack support for help with troubleshooting:
