Everytime I try to login to my blog account, I get a blank page. My site isn’t loading and I can’t even access it as a user. The account that my blog is linked to is saying that Jetpack is unable to connect to my website.

Hi there, that is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
With that said, typically blank screens mean that PHP is crashing, usually due to a function conflict introduced by a plugin or theme, and you won’t be able to connect Jetpack until that is fixed.
Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. Hopefully, this will force the default theme to activate and rule out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
If those don’t work, please do reach out to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for further support.
