Jetpack Vaultpress Issue: Unable to Contact or Get Response from Support team

    Hello, our website has been down/Private mode since 8am MY time. We realized half an hour later that our Creator plan expired. We’ve since renewed the hosting, and we’ve been trying to reconnect the plan with the website’s database/files, etc. We’ve followed the instructions here but unfortunately got an error with the Jetpack VaultPress Backup feature (refer below) –

    Since that time, we’ve been trying to get support to help us, but no one responded. This is strange as WordPress.com stated fast support is available 24/7 for our plan.

    If any of the support team or elite member sees this, can provide assistance or help escalate the matter please? Thank you!

    Alright so a support Engineer actually responded (thank you). Now the Jetpack is in restore process, and it seems to be stuck here over the past couple of hours or so. Our website is pretty big, more than 8k articles to be exact. Is this normal?
