I have about 30TB of video storage and I am planning of hosting it on WordPress.com.I would like to know more about the specific limits of this storage plan.

what is the maximum size limit for a video
We recommend sticking to a maximum of 1TB per video, a lot of ISPs tend to timeout around that point during upload.

That is sadly not possible with the way the internet works. Any media embedded into a site will always be visible in source, even on sites like Youtube, Vimeo, Netflix, Amazon Video, etc.
How long is the processing time
That depends on the length and quality of the source video. We will display the source video while it is being encoded into other browser-native formats.
What sort of compression technique are you guys using?
We use a custom ffmpeg transcoding stack. The best judge of the compression and quality is trying it yourself. :)
