Jetpack: Where's the Q&A?

I have the latest versions of both WordPress and Jetpack and on every site I have connected to Jetpack I keep getting the “Make sure your Jetpack is up to date” error message. I would like to use the Desktop app but can’t.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
