JetPack won’t reconnect

    Hello, we renewed our plan, and we’re trying to restore a backup, but we just go round in circles and get these messages:
    ‘jetpack connection has failed’.
    We click ‘reconnect jetpack’
    That takes us to ‘General settings’

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Howdy!

    I am not seeing any Jetpack issues on your site at the moment. Generally speaking, if there was a Jetpack issue, customers would receive an email outlining what the error was and how one might fix it. This document talks more about troubleshooting Jetpack issues.

    If you don’t mind, what point did you want to restore to? The date and time would be most helpful. With your permission, we can try this ourselves to replicate errors you are seeing.
