Jetpack won’t renew

  Apparently my Jetpack is having trouble getting paid. My bank account has not changed, the card on file is fine but I can’t get anywhere on my site to get payments to go through. I don’t want to cancel/delete my blog but it seems I don’t have a choice as I also work full time and don’t have a bunch of extra time to try and dig up what’s going on so deleting may be my only alternative. Apparently I only have until March 3rd to figure it out. As a last resort is there anyone who can help me? I removed Jet pack this morning.

  Hi there:

  It looks like you already have an open support request with the Jetpack Support team. Since they’re the ones who need to sort this out for you, please find and respond to their latest response to you and they should be able to get things sorted out.

  Yes I have contacted Jetpack. They are stumped and as of their last email response this morning said to work things out with my host provider. I haven’t contacted Bluehost as of yet.
