Is there any way to find out why a plan did not auto renew. All information was good with account and payment info.
Only found out a month later that it didnt renew because site crashed and I needed a backup that was now not there.
I also do not have access to the backups that I was paying for, since the account did not auto renew as it was stated it would in my purchase a year ago.
I need to speak with some one that can clarify and get me access to my backups.
