Jimdo to wordpress

    Goodmorning,
    I currently run a site, http://www.kringwinkelhebbes.nl, through Jimdo. I am not satisfied with their customer service, especially since I pay for their top tier subscription. I also do most of my wrok on an iPad pro and their site managing app has limited function in iOS. My question is: how do I transfer my site? Take in mind that I do not have the highest technological proficiency.

    To transfer the domain to WordPress.com, your account will require a plan upgrade. Each plan comes with a credit for your domain, so there’s not an
    additional fee there.

    Check out the plans at https://wordpress.com/pricing/ and add one to your account. Then you can proceed with the domain transfer.

    Your domain registration and billing will be moved from your current domain provider to WordPress.com. That means in future you’ll manage all aspects of
    your domain here, including renewal, cancellation, or a future transfer.
