jmer13 account has lost my email

I had created 2 accounts: jmer13 and inbiworld for one email address. After it I have moved transfer my blog jmer13 to other e-mail and account jmer13. The blog was removed and I confirmed it by e-mails but now a can not login by jmer13 at all.
Please help!

Could you give me a few more details about what you’re trying to accomplish?

I have an account “jmer13” and blog as jmer13.wordpress.com but my access is closed now. When I tried to login than I have a message about incorrect my password.
But if I try to reset my password via your link that I have received a message: “The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…”Kind regards,
