  Can i make a job website that allows people to apply to positions on the site. lets say an employer has an account can someone send them a cv, can people upload their cvs. is there a way in which the site can take payments securely, and have a secure http, would there be a free ssl oh and can we setup a message board and user accounts for employees and employers and can the site double up as a dating site? is this bat shit crazy, I have 12 billion in my account but no seriously is this do able.
