Jobroller login glitch

For more than a year, there has been a glitch in the password field of the “create account” function of my Jobroller wordpress website. It works on some browsers, but on most, the “enter password again” field refuses to take more than one character at a time, so a potential user goes around in circles, unable to confirm their new account.
I keep hoping the next update will fix it, but nothing has yet.
I’ve been working around by using my admin status to create new users and passing the login information along, but this is wasting my time and frustrating my users.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem?

There are two different versions of WordPress.
These forums only provide support for the WordPress.com version; your site appears to use the self-hosted version from WordPress.org.
