Jobs Board help and suggestions

    Hey everyone! I’m working for an economic development corporation in Indiana just west of Indianapolis, and we’re looking for some help in one particular area.

    We have a jobs site that we were handed and it has two big problems:

    1. You can’t add an account to the website by yourself if you’re an employer (For the purpose of managing job postings). I have to do that.

    2. We’re having trouble getting all of the jobs in the local area that are on other job websites.

    I truly don’t know how to start on #1. Not that it’s a big deal, it would just take a little bit to figure out. I’m really worried about getting all of the local jobs on one site. I’ve found add-ons that take jobs from career builder, zip-recruiter, and indeed. I feel that most of the larger companies use one or all of these sites, so they are good to pull jobs off of.

    Either way my boss and I have just about had it with trying to deal with this. Is this worth hiring someone or should we just suck it up and do it ourselves? If you think we should, any suggestions on who we should get? We would hire them to manage this website and any further problems if we did.
