  The website in question has most likely been suspended due to it violating the Terms and Conditions of WordPress, found here: https://en.wordpress.com/tos/

  This may be things like copyrighted videos or images, inappropriate content or the like.

  A staff will most likely contact you here and tell you what it was that you got suspended for, but in future, be sure to comply with the T.O.C, if you even violated it in the first place.
