  You can only delete a comment on a blog that you are the administrator of.
  If the site does not belong to you, you can try contacting the administrator of the site to delete your comment.

  Hi there,

  If you’re referring to a WordPress.com, if you’re not the owner of that site then you cannot delete the comment. You have to contact the site owner and ask them to delete it for you, although they are not obligated to do so.
