joeburyband unable to access ad admin

  There seems to be an issue with the joeburyband account. He does not have access to the wp-admin area for joeburyband.com / thejoeburyband.wordpress.com . Also, how do I get wordpress.com help or is there only the forum?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi –

  If you are trying to give another user access as an admin on your blog you will need to add that user as an ‘admin’ from the WordPress.com account that owns the blog. This support doc will walk you through the process:

  staff-zinnia thanks. He is an admin and when he attempts to approve his account he gets an error. When I try to delete him as an admin I get an error ( Unable to delete).

  If joeburyband is the owner of the site, they can’t be removed.

  Access WP-Admin here:

  https://joeburyband.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Try logging out of WordPress.com completely, and then logging back in. If this does not help, follow these instructions to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
