I do not have two domain names, just one. edm-song.com That’s where I paid for. And we just go round and round and round. We keep giving me directions. It’ll all leads back to the one simple fact there. is no edm-song.com It’s not on the web. That dark time is what I paid for. I activated it to the. Ages for it and it’s a no show. Please do not tell me to go to my dashboard.’cause when I go to post. and make live. The dot com I paid for. It doesn’t exist. I get a dot. wordpress.com For something that I didn’t pay for, I paid for strictly a dot com. Can you possibly fix this? It does. seem possible after days and days are going around with you. There is no phone number to call anybody. This is. ridiculous. At least when I design a website. my clients have a phone number and a way to talk to somebody in person. This way of doing business is. just totally. won’t inadequate.

It seems you have two different sites here.

Are they both under this account and you just need to change to the right site or have you perhaps another account for the second site.

You have a custom domain edm-song.com and typing that into a browser directs me to https://edmsongcom.wordpress.com/ so you need to be logged into that site with a paid plan and then set the custom domain as the primary.
PS: If you had just created one thread and continued to post there you would have received better assistance.
