Hello, I am in charge of computing at John Ruskin school. Our technician has been taken suddenly ill. Although I thought I had the Admin password to access the back end of the site It is not working. I am trying to update documents on the site. But 1. when I initially tried to access the site through admin it rejected my password. 2. Now the site does not load on either my PC or my laptop (it is loading on my IPhone)

First contact your host to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
