  • Hi there,

Can you provide more details on what exactly you need help with?

The domain, josephragusa.ca, has never been registered with, or connected to any site on WordPress.com. What is the correct URL of the site you need help with?

I had originally paid $84.00 for the previous 2 years on a basic plan for my JosephRagusa.com website in march I renewed for $60:00 a half-price promo for the premium plan. I asked for a refund on the $84.00 basic plan instead they refunded my premium and cancelled my website altogether.

I did not check on my website for a while and went to check today was annoyed because they cancelled my site.

    Hi there!

It looks like your post title had a different URL josephragusa.ca, not josephragusa.com that you just mentioned, which is why we couldn’t locate the correct account.

We’re seeing that you disputed the payment of C$84 to your payment service provider. When you dispute a payment, it indicates to your bank/card service provider as if a fraudulent transaction has occurred and they open an investigation into this. We cancel the related services as soon as that happens. So your WordPress.com Personal plan was canceled because that you disputed that original payment.

This is called a chargeback and you can learn more about it here: https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/

And your second payment of C$60 was already refunded. So the Premium plan you purchased for C$60 was canceled as well. That’s why you don’t have any paid subscriptions at this time.

    Hope that clarifies things.

    Regards
