Jot form?

Is WordPress compatible with jot form? I need a website with an ability for someone to answer/submit a form with multiple questions. After they submit the form, I need it to send me a notification that a form was submitted (via email) and a confirmation email sent to them. Jotform works or would I build something through the WordPress platform?
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

Hi there!
I’m not familiar with Jotform, but it looks like they do have a WordPress plugin to allow you to use their forms on your website.
To use that plugin here at WordPress.com, you would need to upgrade to our Business Plan, which gives you the ability to upload third-party themes and plugins like Jotform. You also get automated backups, security scanning, and priority live chat/email support with the Business plan.
I hope that clarifies things! Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi @staff-heroponriki Would it also be possible for the OP to use this option, or is it no longer available? https://wordpress.com/support/forms/jotform/
@utahcountyyardsigns385d2dd997 While not perfectly in line with what you are asking, you might also consider the built-in form block. When it is submitted, you (or the email address you add to the form) will receive a notification of submission by email and the person who submits the form will get a confirmation that the form has been submitted, but in the browser and not by email. https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/form-block/
I’ll also add this here in case it’s of interest: https://wordpress.com/support/forms/polls/

@justjennifer TIL! I guess we all have some gaps in our knowledge! :D
As far as I can tell, that should still work.
