Hi there,
Have you removed your Jotform embed since you added it? I did not see a form on that page but if you wish to add it back (or set up a test page with the embed in it) let us know and we can take a closer look, thanks!

Yep. I see I had changed it. Here is the link to where the jot form now is .

Hi! So, two things:
1. I noticed you’re editing the page template rather than the individual page itself. I’d recommend against that.
You can copy the form off here:
https://yeucakesanddesserts.wordpress.com/wp-admin/site-editor.php?postType=wp_template&postId=pub%2Fzoologist%2F%2FpageAnd into here:
https://yeucakesanddesserts.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=169&action=editYou’ll want to do that so the form won’t show up on every page of the site.
2. That said, I’m not finding any way to make the Jotform wider. It seems it’s got a pretty specific width. You could try using a different form if you’d like.
Or, if you’ll be upgrading the site at some point, I want to point out with our Business Plan (or with your own .org installation) you’ll be able to add plugins that would expand your options. This one could be a great fit for a design-your-own cake:
https://woocommerce.com/products/composite-products/The video shows a case of a skateboard shop, but it works with any product that your customers will want to customize. And breaking it into steps like that can make for an enjoyable experience.
On the point of upgrading, note our plans include SSL hosting and maintenance, support, spam blocking, security, backups, and a bunch of other handy services. Or, you can buy your own hosting and manage those other aspects on your own. We have more info here:

Hi ,
Thanks for the recommendations.
About the page editing, I’m trying to dip my toes into full site editing. Only realized yesterday that I forget to edit each page template separately and therefore I kept overwriting all the good work I have been doing with new content. Once I had that figured and corrected, the content stays on the page it is intended . I was following this support page : https://wordpress.com/support/templates/#how-to-edit-templates
But now you say you recommend not doing that and instead edit the page itself. I am quite comfortable with the page and post editor and trying out template editing. Should I not do it at all or since I figured my mistake, I can go on template editing to build my site ?

You can definitely edit the templates. @supernovia suggested not adding the form to it, so it wouldn’t appear on every page on your site.
But, if you’re clear on what you’re trying to do, and if you’re happy with the results, by all means, keep doing it your way :)
