Jpeg pictures not showing?

  howcome all of a sudden, alot of my pictures on my site are turning into corrupt errors, like its an x instead of the actual picture….

  I’m sorry to say that this does arise from time to time and that volunteers cannot help you. If the problem persists then on Monday during working hours please contact staff and provide them with full details including the links to the images in question http://wordpress.com/contact-support/

  http://beeetleblue.wordpress.com/ is the blog you are talking about? I can’t seem to find any images that are showing the errors for me. Do you have a specific example or a specific error? As well, are the images uploaded to your blog or “hotlinked” from another site?

  This error comes and goes, and seems to affect only images hosted at WP.com. Report it to staff as TT suggests.
