JS Help Desk Not Connecting to Email Piping

    I am trying to set up the JS Help Desk plug-in with email piping add-on. I have almost everything set up, but when I try to connect the email and check if it is connected, I get a message that says “IMAP is either not installed or enabled in your server. Contact to hosting company.” I got in contact with the hosting company (GoDaddy) and they showed me that IMAP was in fact enabled. I have no clue what the issue could be.
