Json error inconsistently, please help!

  Hi, I get the JSON error, but its inconsistent. I will load a video and it works great, then I go to lead a second video (same format, loading in the same way) and now I get the error. If I switch from computer to phone tp upload media sometimes now that video will load. Same thing with images, sometimes they load the first time, sometimes they load on the 70th try. Sometimes they dont load, but get tossed into my media file so I have to go in againg and load it from there. I dont understand why this happens, or how to fix it, but its super frustrating and I deal with it every single time. Ive tried the fixes Ive found on here and on google, but it keeps happening week after week.
