  Hello, On July 29 I placed an order for WordPress (24.90 + 36.00) and Immediately placed a request for cancellation and refund (I was a bit confused and did not want to actually make the purchase). I have not received the refunds for this. Thank you for your help!

  Thanks for checking in. I’ve reviewed the account and can see that both purchases were refunded in the full amount. Typically it only takes about ten days for those funds to reach you. When experiencing a delay it’s best to ask your bank directly. Sometimes they hold on to funds for 1-2 billing cycles, but each have their own processing times which they can inform you about.
