Jump link opens in a new tab instead of jump in the same page

  Hello,

  I have a blog with an English version and a microsite with my native language. In both versions, in a few posts, I’m using jump links. But in one it’s correctly jumping in the same page to needed part, in another – opens in a new tab, even if I use the same codes.

  I want the link to jump on the same page but I don’t know where is the problem.

  The link jumps in the same page https://lifeinbigtent.com/visa-for-indonesia/

  I tried as well this and I got the same result – opening in the new tab

  How I can fix it?

  There is a mistake with a link for “blog I need help with” ;)
