Jump Links from an Image
-
How do you create jump links from an image? I’m trying to link an image to another part of the page but I’m struggling. What’s the easiest way to do this?

I don’t know if this is the best/easiest way to do what I think you are trying to do but it’s a way to do it. Use this link on Page Jumps for reference http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps/
Here is how I made a picture in one of my posts jump to a different location in the same post:
1) Switch to Text Editor mode for your post.
2) Find the anchor point (the jump to section) and enter this codeanchor pointYou can use whatever unique identifier you want.
3) Edit the image. In DISPLAY SETTINGS->Link To select Custom URL… In the text box enter#unique-identifierWhat you put in the link to box MUST match the id of the anchor point and be preceded by #.Good luck and I hope this helps.
