jump page anchor point does not work. Instead "See?" appears. Help?

  I placed html code for a jump page anchor point on my page. It does not work and instead the word “See?” appears on the page (that is part of the html code, according to instructions). See page named “View and Download Samples”. Also, can I place the html code for the “click me” jump page links in a text widget in the right column and have it work? I am creating an index that will jump to various points on the page.

  I will try that code. I’m curious. Why do the instructions I am using from http://www.en.supprt/wordpress.com have different code?
  If the new code you provided works, I will close this out. Thanks.
