Jump page simply doesn't work in an horizontal template

  I have this theme.

  as you can see it’s completely in index.php

  that’s why it’s my first wordpress theme and, first of all, i wanto to check if anything “basic” works.

  You can see the tabs of the panel on top give a little of white. But this is not the problem i wanto to deal with for now.

  the problem is: i have this jquery you can see in the site code, wich gives me the abilty to scroll the page to another “#” link in the same page.

  You can see it happening in the wordpress theme?
  Really? I don’t because i’m not a wizard, harry.

  Any clue for dealing with this problem? Thank you very much.
